Right of withdrawal
According to EU law you have 14 days to regret you purchase (From the day, you received your delivery).
If you wish to return you purchase; fill out our withdrawal form.
And send back your purchase to our return address, remember to include your order confirmation with this package
If you don't have access to a printer or want to save ink, you can also leave a readable note (It's important is that we know the order number)
If you should experience any difficulties with the form, you can also write to email@example.com with the same information, that you will find in the withdrawal form
It's very important that you provide your correct order number, then we can find your exact order, in order to handle and process your case correctly.
Did you lost your order number, then please provide the same email address, you used when you placed your order - Then it's easier and more safe to handle your case.
When you have filled out the form and sent it back to our support, then you'll need to send your purchase back to us.
Enclose your order confirmation in this package.
When returning you are responsible, until we receive it, that the goods are securely packed and sent correctly.
When returning, all delivery costs is paid by the customer.
Denmark You can also use the return address on the packing slip.
Get your money back
When we have received your package, we will check it, and you will get a refund, from the goods you regretted, within 14 days.
The money will be on the same account you used, to place your purchase.
You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part if:
- You have taken the item into use
- The product(s) has been damaged while you were responsible for it
- You have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal that result from sealing, product type etc.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Notification for EU consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
- sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
